Fiberglass Insulation
We install blown-in fiberglass across suitable open attic floors and fit fiberglass batts in accessible framing areas. The recommended method depends on the existing material, framing, coverage gaps and how the attic is used.
Radiant Barrier Foil
Radiant barrier foil is installed along suitable roof framing to reduce radiant heat transfer from the roof deck into the attic. It can complement proper attic-floor insulation when the structure supports the installation.
Insulation Removal
We remove insulation when contamination, damage, heavy disturbance or planned attic work provides a practical reason. Removal and replacement are explained as separate parts of the scope so the project remains clear.

An attic evaluation focuses on accessible, visible conditions. We review insulation depth, distribution, compression, apparent damage, service paths and the areas around common obstructions. For radiant barrier foil, we also consider whether the roof framing and attic access support a proper installation.
If insulation removal is requested, we ask why the material may need to be removed. Contamination, damage, heavy disturbance, excessive debris or planned attic work can justify removal. Material does not automatically need to be discarded because it is older.
After the evaluation, the estimate identifies the proposed service, material, preparation and included areas. If another contractor should address a roof leak, pest activity, electrical concern or HVAC issue first, we explain that rather than hiding it inside an insulation proposal.
